Where should I park?

Free parking is available directly in front of the building at 2888 Ringling Blvd. You'll find us in Units C & D. If the front lot is full, there is additional parking available along the building.

Is the office accessible for patients with mobility limitations?

Yes. Our office is fully accessible with ground-level entry, accessible parking spaces, and facilities accommodating wheelchairs and mobility aids. Please let us know in advance if you need any specific accommodations.

Do you offer interpreting services?

We have Spanish-speaking staff available. For other languages, please contact us in advance and we'll make arrangements to ensure you can communicate clearly with your provider.

How do I get a referral?

Referrals are coordinated by our team at your appointment or by calling us. If your insurance requires a referral before seeing a specialist, we'll handle the submission. Most referrals are processed within 1–2 business days.

How do I request my medical records?

Call us or submit a written request using our medical records release form. We process records requests within the timeframe required by Florida law (typically within 30 days). There may be a small processing fee for printed records.
